Welcome to the Terms of Service (these “Terms”) for Cassis (“Company”, “we” or “us”) and our web-based software-as-a-service platform and related website (the “Services”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Services. By accessing and/or using the Services, you are agreeing to these Terms. If you do not understand or agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
For purposes of these Terms, “you” and “your” means you as the user of the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other entity then “you” includes you and that entity, and you represent and warrant that (a) you are an authorized representative of the entity with the authority to bind the entity to these Terms, and (b) you agree to these Terms on the entity’s behalf.
The Services
1.1. Scope of Engagement
Octacord provides highend engineering and creative design services. Our specialized "14-Day MVP" is a rapid development cycle designed for speed and market entry. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that project success relies on mutual cooperation and timely feedback.
1.2. The 14-Day Delivery Policy
Holiday Exclusion: The "14-Day" timeline refers strictly to business working days. This timeline does not include national, cultural, or religious holidays.
Project Pauses: The 14-day clock pauses if deliverables, feedback, or essential assets (API keys, branding, etc.) are delayed by the client. The final delivery date will extend proportionally to the duration of the client's delay.
User Accounts
2.1. Registration and Security
To facilitate development, clients may be required to provide access to third-party platforms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.2. Third Party Access
Octacord is not liable for any issues, security breaches, or data loss arising from client-side negligence regarding third-party account access provided to our team.

Rights We Grant You
4.1. Right to Use The Services
Upon full and final payment, Octacord grants the client a personal, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for their intended business purpose.
4.2. Restrictions on Use
You may not, without our written permission, decompile or reverse-engineer the proprietary design systems or internal code structures developed by Octacord until ownership is officially transferred.
Ownership and Content
5.1. Intellectual Property Transfer
Full ownership of the final product is only transferred to the client upon 100% completion of all payments. Until the final balance is cleared, all creative and technical work remains the property of Octacord.
5.2. Portfolio Rights
Octacord retains the right to showcase the project, process, and results in our portfolio and case studies to demonstrate our expertise, unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to project initiation.
5.3. Feedback
We welcome feedback, comments, and suggestions (“Feedback”). You agree that we may use Feedback without restriction or compensation, and you assign to us all rights in Feedback.
5.4. DMCA Notice
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, please send a notice to support@ctacord.site with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the material to be removed and its location; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act; and (f) your physical or electronic signature. We may disable or terminate repeat infringers.
Third-Party Services and Materials
External Stacks Our services often integrate with third-party providers such as OpenAI, Framer, or Vercel. Octacord is not responsible for service outages, API changes, or policy updates from these external platforms that may affect your project.
DISCLAIMERS & PROJECT TERMINATION
7.1. Non-Refundable Policy
All service payments made to Octacord are strictly non-refundable. This is because resources are immediately allocated to your project upon initiation.
7.2. Ghosting & Abandonment
f a client fails to communicate or provide necessary feedback for more than 14 consecutive days (2 weeks), the project will be deemed "Abandoned" and will be cancelled immediately with no refund. To restart an abandoned project, the client must pay a "Re-activation Fee" to cover lost time and resource re-allocation.
7.3. Payment Delinquency
If a client is late on any scheduled payment, Octacord reserves the right to immediately terminate the project and revoke access to all development environments or deliverables until the balance is resolved.
